Sriganganagar is the northernmost part of Rajasthan & is on the border of
Punjab, Haryana & Pakistan.
It was established by Maharaja Ganga Singh in 1927.
He brought a canal from River Sutlej and got irrigated vast streches of land which changed
the lifeline of the area.
It is a real wonder of the world in
ecological upgradation of Desert.
